League of Legends news is plentiful in March, with Riot Games keeping us on our toes here at EarlyGame, so we can lend you a hand to keep you up. With Patch 10.5 already on the live client, there are some tentative incoming changes for Patch 10.6 – read more to learn what's coming down the road!
Riot Games Lead Gameplay Designer Mark Yetter has graced us with more potential upcoming changes (while upgrading his list from using Google Sheets) with a handy list of the potential changes coming to the game. Most notably, Riot will be targeting the Top Lane, there might be a Deaths Dance rework and some nerfing of the popular funnel strategy. The aim is to give matches more fluidity which would be ideal as this is extremely popular in higher levels of play within League of Legends. Patch 10.6 should be live on Wednesday, March 18, but do be aware of your respective timezone when this goes to the live servers.

What to expect
What we know is that several new skins will be coming with the next patch. New Cosmic looks for Lux, a new skin for Malphite (who was this champion again?), and Xerath and Mordekaiser will be joining them with the Dark Star skin lineup. Other champions set to receive skins will be Taric, Twitch, and Talon. The Twitch skin, in particular, looks so damn cute and we have pictures to prove it!
Let's not Monkey around, though, as Wukong will (hopefully) be receiving his big changes for 10.6 as Champion Designer August Browning stated on Twitter.
Good news and bad newsGood: The Wukong kit you've seen on PBE is LOCKED. You can expect it to ship as is (minus numbers tuning/balance adjustments).Bad: The target patch is 10.6 BUT I just got slapped with jury duty this coming week. Hopefully we can get bugs fixed in time. pic.twitter.com/5GjqJniEly

If the changes for Wukong aren't put in for 10.6, you'll have to wait a little longer before becoming King of the Jungle again. Should this patch go live with Wukong in mind, this could have a dramatic shift for junglers, with professional players even picking Wukong for the Spring Split Series if all goes as planned. As these changes are so extensive towards Wukong, we don't yet know the true effects until the changes arrive at the Summoner's Rift. Keep your eyes peeled on EarlyGame as we await for more details on the upcoming patch.
