HellRaisers have officially announced Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk as their latest member. Kuro “KuroKy” Takhasomi is still recovering and won’t play in ESL One Germany.
ESL One Germany is in full swing, gathering the best Dota 2 teams from Europe and the CIS. The big event offers $400,000 in prize money and it’s no surprise we see some of the biggest names from the two regions. Team Secret are the favorites to take the champion’s title, but we could still see some twists. In the meantime, more details surrounding two of the teams were revealed.
Lil Joins HellRaisers
Up until recently, Ilya "Lil" Ilyuk was a stand-in for Virtus.pro Prodigy during the OGA Dota PIT Season 3 Europe/CIS. With VP.Prodigy he managed to take second place at the event. He last played for Aggressive Mode before leaving them a few days back on October 3. Now a new chapter is about to begin in the player’s pro career as he officially joined the ranks of HellRaisers.
LIL ME ALONE, welcome to the pack. @LilJke A lot of you expected LiL to join our team, but we signed LIL ME ALONE. No steps back, you're an underdog now and are ready to show what you're worth. Your pack will support you.Our team's first game will be today, in ESL ONE Germany pic.twitter.com/xHw5dH3LQi

Lil and his new team already played their first few games yesterday, taking the first map against Vikin.gg but ultimately losing the series 1-2. The competition at ESL One Germany is quite fierce and it’s hard to tell whether they’ll make it. As HellRaisers themselves mentioned, they’re the underdogs and we love a good story.
KuroKy Will Skip ESL One Germany
Team Nigma’s captain Kuro “KuroKy” Takhasomi is still recovering from an arm injury and will be skipping yet another event. He previously missed out on the OGA Dota PIT Season 3 Europe/CIS and was replaced by the team’s coach Roman "rmN-" Paley. Nigma didn’t live up to expectations there as they were quickly eliminated after two losses.
Unfortunately, @NigmaKuroky is still recovering and won't be playing in #ESLOne Germany, but we're happy that @rmN_dota will continue as our stand-in.Please wish him well and join us tomorrow for our opening series against @yesdota2 at 17:00 CET#StarsAlign pic.twitter.com/mkXItHM5vl
