After a successful welcome back to the lineup, Faker has breathed new life into T1 fans for a successful playoff run. Let's check out what fans had to say about Faker's performance in his first game back.
After what feels like eons, T1 are back in the favorite spot to make it to the LCK finals and all it took was one single player. Lee 'Faker' Sang-hyeok has been sidelined, causing T1 to lose 7 out of their last 8 games, but the veteran mid laner is bringing hope back to the fans.
The hopes and prayers of T1's fans have been heard, and the superstar continued where he left off before being sidelined. In a one-sided series, T1 left Kwangdong Freecs no chance. Picking Jayce twice, Faker proved to be a vital part in T1's 2-0 victory and proved that his injury did not take any of his talent away.

Redditor 'tiredofdev' was quick to point T1's incredible statistics with Faker out. Since the start of the 2022 season, T1 has lost only 13 matches while winning 58. 57 of those wins and only six of those losses came with Faker! Obviously, it greatly helps that T1 did not lose a single match during the 2022 Spring Split and only had to concede one during the 2023 Spring Split. This only adds up to Faker's incredible record!

Additionally, Faker was once again the target of any aggression the Kwangdong Freecs displayed – and the three-time world champion still did not crumble!
