Goredrinker is a classic item for fighters. Anyone who enjoys taking some HP off their opponent to gain some Omnivamp and Lifesteal is welcome here. Generally, you'll build this item on top lane champions, but sometimes you'll catch junglers also with Goredrinker in their inventory.

- + 45 Attack Damage
- + 400 Health
- + 20 Ability Haste
- + 150% Health Regen
- Gold efficiency without passive: 109, 35%
Item Guide Suggestion: What can Goredrinker do?
The active ability of Goredrinker lets you regenerate health depending on how many champions are around. To keep things short, you basically bash around you a few times and regenerate HP. The more champions you're surrounded by the more health you regenerate.
The items passive comes from Ironspike Whip (sounds pretty dangerous, eh?) and eventually gets passed down to Goredrinker as well as Stridebreaker (we'll get to Stridebreaker soon).

Goredrinker is an item that profits off you being surrounded by many opponents – just like this item guide profits from many people reading it. But wait! That isn't all! The heal you gain from Goredrinker is also dependent on the amount of missing health. So if you're in the middle of a team fight, on the brink of death, well then Goredrinker will just save your life – and the team fight.
Which Champions Should Build Goredrinker?
Goredrinker works best on champions that like to be right in the center of the fights. Most champions, no matter how many item guides or champion guides we write, prefer to attack from the outside in, but for those who build Goredrinker, completely different physics apply. As we've said multiple times, the more people are around you and the less health you have, the better the item works.

Aatrox is just insane once he has Goredrinker in his inventory. Like come on, this champion is literally a blade that soaked up some blood! With his innate healing as well as Goredrinker, it's lights out for the opposition.
