Have you ever wondered what the Crowd Control Score (CCS) in League of Legends is? We’ll give you a rundown!

Crowd Control is exactly that. You’re controlling — or trying to, lol — the enemy team, so that they don't do too much damage to your own team. Janna, Galio, or Amumu are examples of champions that have a lot of crowd control. But just how much? That’s what the Crowd Control Score is.

What’s the Crowd Control Score in LoL?

Crowd Control Score calculates the amount of crowd control that a player has landed during a game. The seconds that you, for example, stunned an enemy all count towards the Crowd Control Score. Knockups or slows also count towards the Crowd Control Score.

Now, obviously, you might think: “why would I care about that?”, but it’s actually a very handy tool. If you are, for example, beginning to main Galio, Crowd Control is very important. The CCS lets you track your past scores in Crowd Control and helps you see if this is still something that you need to work on. And because Crowd Control for Champs like Galio is so important, you really do need to keep an eye on it.

Ultimately, it is just an indicator that is supposed to help you track your Crowd Control stats and if you main any of the champions mentioned above or any other that is big on Crowd Control, then we HIGHLY advise you to keep an eye out for the CCS.
