So many changes so little time. Patch 10.25 is just around the corner and it’s another big one. Item buffs and changes – as usual in pre-season – but also a whole lot of champion buffs are heading our way.

What exactly is heading our way? Well, 28 items are either being buffed or nerfed – or getting a mere cost change – while a total of 29 Champions will be getting changes to their kit. So, without further ado, let’s just get right to it.

Notable Item Nerfs

As mentioned yesterday, Bami’s Cinder and items which it builds into are getting nerfed. The item itself is going to be a bit more costly. This means the added health it provides might come in a tick later than before. This also means it’ll take longer for players to build this item into their preferred Mythic.

This brings us to some of the bigger changes. Sunfire Aegis will be providing 350 health rather than 450. Pretty straightforward.

Frostfire Gauntlet is going to have a smaller slow radius and the mythic passive size increase will also be down from 7.5% to 6%.

The supercharged slow duration of Turbo Chemtank is going down from 2 seconds to 1.5. These changes are for tanks to be a little less oppressive and give other champions a fighting chance.

Notable Item Buffs

Galeforce is going to be buffed in the upcoming patch with its attack damage going from 55 to 60. The cooldown of the active will also be reduced from 90 seconds to 60 seconds which is going to be great for anyone who might want to dash in and attack quickly, more often.

Other ADC items getting some love are Infinity Edge with an increase to its crit chance, Essence Reaver with added Attack Damage and Rapid Firecannon and Phantom Dancer are getting just a bit cheaper in the shop.

ADCs aren’t the only ones getting some improvements. No, Support items are also getting much-needed buffs. Moonstone Renewer, which has been buffed before, will once again get some love. The item is going to be cheaper and have a better initial heal while the heal multiplier in combat per second is going from 25% per second to 12.5% per second.

Notable Champion Nerfs

Kayn has been insane on the last patch. His aggressive style and mobility make him a menace on the rift, which is why Riot has decided for Patch 10.25 he will need a slight nerf. His Base armor will be reduced from 38 to 35 and his Q base damage will also be lowered from 75-155 to 65-145.

Kayle, who also got nerfed the last patch, is getting a second look. She will have her base magic resist lowered from 34 to 30 and her E passive on hit AP ratio is going from 25% to 20%. Hopefully, this is going to make her a bit more fun to play against.

Annie’s E movement speed buff is going to be reduced from 30-60% to 20-50%. She’s been too strong as a roaming mid or support champion and this reduction in movement speed might just slow her down… a little.

Jhin, Samira, and Fizz will also get slight adjustments, while the Galio nerf will be pushed back another patch, leaving the Colossus as is for now.

Notable Champion Buffs

Strap in boys and girls. This is a long list of champions. A lot of champions in the jungle role were looked at for this patch. Wukong will have his E deal 150% damage to monsters, shifting the top laner into a jungle role in the future.

Ekko will also have his passive damage to monsters increased from 150% to 250%. This isn’t the only jungle change though. Rengar’s W will give 100% extra healing instead of the previous 50%, while Taliyah’s Q is going to dish out 100% damage to monsters rather than 50%.

But we’re not done with the jungle just yet. Oh no. Lee Sin is getting his base armor increased as well as a damage increase to his E. Nidalee will have more fighting power with more damage to her spears and Ivern is going to have some cooldowns lowered and stronger shields.

Yone and Yasuo are going to get an increase to their attack speed per level. This is going to feel great, especially since they seemed rather weak after the adjustment to rage blade, which is a core item for them.

Lulu, our favorite support – sometimes top laner – is also getting a few changes to her Q. The ability will deal 25% increased damage if the target is hit with both bolts. Due to this, the base damage will be changed from 80-200 to 70-210, making her a little weaker in the early game.
