LoL Patch 11.12 is two weeks away, but there is already quite a bit of exciting news surrounding the upcoming patch thanks to a special doctor who is going to make his re-debut as well as some skins that are sure to make a splash.
LoL Patch 11.12 Dr. Mundo Rework
Back in September, we wrote about the Mundo rework and how it was progressing. At the time, we only had concept art to go by, but now we finally know when we get to play this reworked Dr. Mundo. So get ready everyone, LoL Patch 11.12 will be Mundo’s time to shine.

His kit has been reworked to fit into the 2021 League of Legends environment better. His Q and R abilities weren’t changed too much in his rework, which means he still has the same poke damage as well as healing abilities.
His E now has a Sion-Esque effect wherein if it kills, it’ll send his target away dealing damage. This means that until you’ve got a kill with it, it’s a melee ability with some long-ranged instances. His W also got a bigger change. Mundo electrocutes himself, dealing AoE damage to nearby enemies. At the end of the duration, a burst of magic damage is dealt to enemies within range.

Overall, the new Mundo fits perfectly into the state of League of Legends. He is going to be the same unkillable champion that he was before, only a little improved. Not to mention his new look is also superb.
Dr. Mundo Reworked Skins and Voice in LoL Patch 11.12
Since Dr. Mundo got a whole VGU update, his skins and his voice lines got one as well. The Madman of Zaun is going to be looking after all his patients on Summoner’s Rift and that really shines through thanks to the new voice lines recorded for him.
Also, all his skins got reworked as well. One of our favorites is Corporate Mundo,who now drives around his base in a small red car thanks to the new homeguard animation. The update to the skin has made it one of the most anticipated skins for players to buy.
What Other Skins Will be Released in LoL Patch 11.12?
Two new skins are set to be released in LoL Patch 11.12. Braum and Sett are going to be getting Pool Party Skins showing off their beach-ready bodies just in time for Summer 2021. They’re going to be joining the already abundant list of Pool Party skins.

Dr Mundo already has a Pool Party skin and his will also be updated to fit the new VGU.
When will LoL Patch 11.12 be released?
LoL Patch 11.12 is going to be released Wednesday, June 9th, two weeks from now according to the official Riot Games patch release schedule. So until then, enjoy Nexus Blitz and the PROJECT skins.
