LoL Patch 11.13 is out and with it, a lot of changes are made to the current League of Legends meta. Mobility is reduced as well as a Tahm Kench mini rework and a nerf to one of the strongest items in the game.
But what was left out of LoL Patch 11.13? What had to be scrapped and left for later patches? Well, we take a look at what could be coming our way in LoL Patch 11.14.
Which Champions Will Get Changed in LoL Patch 11.14?
Lillia's passive is getting a regen effect while the Dot is on, more base damage, and an AP scalar. Q move speed is lower early, but the AP scalar is GIGABUFFED. Some overall damage buffs as well, plus a CD nerf on E, and nerfs to R. Happy to take questions! 2/2

One of the champions we know will get an adjustment in LoL Patch 11.14 is Lillia. The jungle fawn is going to be more prominent in Solo Queue and not just a champion used in pro play. How will they do this? By making her a bit more durable.
According to a tweet, Lillia should be getting more base damage and better scaling, though her Q is going to be nerfed a bit to make up for these changes. She will be stronger, but a bit slower in LoL Patch 11.14.

Ultimate Spellbook in LoL Patch 11.14
Ultimate Spellbook will be a new game mode for players to enjoy. In this game mode, one summoner spell will be replaced by another champion's ultimate ability. This looks like it will be a clown fiesta of a game mode, which is what players desperately need to get over their solo queue failures.
The game mode is being tested right now with constant changes being made to make this a fun new way to pass time, because who needs to enjoy the summer sun when you can get salty over League of Legends, right?
New Skins Coming in LoL Patch 11.114
Runeterra is in a state of array. The Ruination has taken over the map – as it has also taken over Summoner's Rift in LoL Patch 11.14 – and thus we need heroes to save Runeterra. Demacia has already fallen, so who is next?
Well, that's where the new skins of LoL Patch 11.14 come in. Olaf, Diana, Irelia, Riven and Vayne have come to the rescue with their new Sentinel Skins and according to Riot Games all of these skins are canon!
Some things to note, though, is that fans were missing Graves since he was on the initial poster of the Sentinels event. Also, some wonder whether Poppy might get a skin in the following patch since in canon, she was with Vayne when they discovered the Sentinels of Light logo.

Something else fans noticed about the Sentinels Skin was that Irelia was now wearing Karma's crown. From the lore, we know that Karma has been overcome by the Ruination. Does this mean that Irelia is going to be the next Spirit of Ionia?
Pantheon is also getting a prestige skin as well as a normal new one. The regular skin is a Ruined Skin which will join Draven, Karma and Shyvana as a Ruined champion. He is also getting a prestige Ascended skin.
So many questions are still unanswered regarding the Ruination, and we'll have to wait another two weeks to have them answered with the release of LoL Patch 11.14.
