Patch 10.25 went live last week and has brought some significant changes to the support role. How? Basically made it better, thanks to cost decreases of items, which will get the supports to healing just a bit faster.
In this LoL tier list, we'll show you the best champions for each lane. We especially focus on win rate and the carry potential because you often have to carry your teammates in any given game. Today, we will take a look at the Support position.

Which Support Picks Are Strong in LoL Patch 10.25?
5. Seraphine (Win Rate: 51.6%)
Seraphine got some big buffs this patch. Sure, they were intended for Mid Lane Seraphine, but Support Seraphine was also made a lot better. Gaining an extra 10 HP per level, as well as a bigger shield on herself has made her a lot more survivable in lane, especially against pesky opponents like Leona. Seraphine is great at slowing and stunning opponents, which gives ample opportunity for her ADCs to take out the opposition, and if they’re ever in a bind, she can also shield and even heal her teammates.
4. Janna (Win Rate: 51.1%)
Janna is extremely strong, especially when building Imperial Mandate. The support mythic item lets her harass opponents with her W and her ADCs can follow up with more damage as well. She is a great peeling support who can protect her lane partner from harm with well-timed hurricanes, and her ultimate is a great knock-back and healing mechanism. Play aggressively in lane, to help your ADC push the opponents back.

3. Thresh (Win Rate: 50.3%)
Thresh synchs perfectly with Locket of the Iron Solari. Thanks to the item, he can play aggressively and push lane at all times. He is also great into Leona, who has been one of the best Support champions for quite a while. He can interrupt her E with his Flay and he is extremely good against enchanters. He is a great peeling champion who can get his teammates out of bad situations thanks to his lantern.

2. Leona (Win Rate: 51.1%)
Leona has been one of the best support champions for quite some time. She is dominating the Rift thanks to her all-in potential as well as damage and stuns. She has multiple cc abilities which give her ADC free reign to dish out damage in all situations.
She is a great engage tool for any fight, thanks to the cc abilities she has. The best way to start off a fight is through her ultimate, which will signal for her team to follow up and go all-in, so knowing when and where to fight is key when utilizing her to her fullest potential.
1. Lulu (Win Rate: 52.2%)
Lulu is back on top. Thanks to some buffs she has once again risen above all Supports this patch. Her Q now deals extra damage if the target is hit with both bolts and damage doesn’t fall off when passing through another target. Her damage to minions was nerfed, but this will affect solo-lane Lulu and not support Lulu. With the changes to her Q she is able to push lane and play as an aggressive Support.
She can make any opponent want to rip out their hair, thanks to her broken ultimate, which will just buff up ADCs and make them even stronger. She is great at peeling and protecting her teammates. Buy either Moonstone Renwer or Locket and pair her with an ADC like Jhin to really bring out her full potential.
