Samira got nerfed, Ashe and Jinx adjusted and K/DA has made their grand comeback all with LoL Patch 10.22. But do these changes affect the meta in any way?
In this LoL Tier List, we'll show you the best League champs for each lane after LoL Patch 10.22. We especially focus on win rate and carry potential.
Not an ADC main? Don't worry we've got you:
What ADC is Strongest on Patch 10.22?
5. Jinx (Win Rate: 51.4%)
Jinx is one of the strongest hypercarry’s in League of Legends. Her early game isn’t the greatest and she will have to be paired with a good peeling support like Janna or even Leona. Once you get through the rough patches of the early game though you’ll be fine. Jinx also had a slight change made to her E – Flame Chompers which now deal damage immediately rather than over time. This is going to feel great as she does immediate DPS damage. Jinx is great at taking objectives, which in the current meta is very important. She can take the tower in the bot lane and then help secure a dragon which is going to get her ahead of her opponent quite quickly. Seriously try her out this patch!
4. Ashe (Win Rate: 51.0%)
Ashe has changed up a little this patch. It wasn’t a nerf, but it wasn’t really a buff either. Her W – Volley now fires an extra arrow every time you scale up the attack. So instead of always firing 9 arrows, you will now start with 7 and end with 11 once you’ve maxed the ability. This means her early game will be a bit weaker, but once you’ve maxed the ability, you’ll be even stronger. Which is when you’ll want to team fight. Ashe has incredible cc with her ultimate and she can dish out a lot of damage with her Q – Ranger’s Focus. So stay safe in the early game and then feel great about your mid- to late-game fighting power.

3. Samira (Win Rate: 48.1%)
Samira was nerfed? Again? Yes, but it sure wasn’t enough to keep her off our list. Sure, her early game will suffer, but she is still a late-game teamfighting monster. It is important to note that she is a rather difficult champion to play hence why she might not be the perfect fit for beginners. Having to upgrade her style points with combos isn’t something which will work right off the bat, but once you’ve figured it out you’ll be able to gain that bonus movement speed to go in and out of skirmishes and come out on top every single time.
2. Miss Fortune (Win Rate: 51.7%)
Win lane, win game… right? Well, that’s how it’ll feel with Miss Sarah Fortune. She has incredible pushing power in the early game. She has incredible poke by using her Q – Double up. She also has some added movement speed thanks to her W – Strut which also gives Miss Fortune bonus attack speed.
By winning lane early, your team will be able to secure objectives like the drake and if we learned anything by watching the 2020 World Championship finals, then we know how important getting a dragon soul can be. To add to Miss Fortune’s attack damage, pick Press the Attack as your rune to gain even more attack damage!
1. Jhin (Win Rate: 51.9%)
Jhin… ever since the Caitlyn meta ended you’ve become the new king of the bot-lane… Jhin is just a solid pick-up. He has immense scaling and is a late-game monster. He can slow opponents with his E – Captive Audience and also stun them with his W – Deadly Flourish, which helps him get ahead in the early game.

Jhin’s AD scales with attack speed and critical hit chance, which gives him immense damage come the late game. To deal out max damage, we suggest building Storm Razor into Infinity Edge. You’ll be able to shred through any armor and tank before you.
