LoL Patch 13.9: Riot Releases Hotfix Patch

LoL Patch 13.9 just released and with it there were some pretty unfortunate bugs, which made Lee Sin basically unplayable. Thankfully, Riot found the problem quickly promising a micropatch.

Riot released a quick hotfix update, due to some issues that were shipped with the most recent League of Legends patch. Thankfully the problems were quickly discovered, so the developers could push out a fix as soon as it was found.

While LoL Patch 13.10 is looking juicy with hundreds and thousands of item changes, LoL Patch 13.9 silently snuck onto the live servers. Neeko's Mid-Scope was the biggest change, but other than that it was a rather small patch. Well, one thing did ship and Riot quickly had to fix it.

LoL Patch 13.9: Lee Sin Bug Fixed In Hotfix Patch

LoL Patch 13.9 just went live on May 3, 2023 and Lee Sin mains quickly realized that a key part of their champion wasn't working. Lee Sin players quickly realized that their W, Safeguard, was significantly delayed when trying to ward hop.

Thankfully this bug was quickly found and Riot immediately let players know that they're going to release a micropatch in which they would fix this issue.

Lee Sin might not have the highest win rate in solo queue, but he is one of the most popular champions thanks to how flashy his abilities look. On May 5, 2023 Riot released a statement that the hotfix had gone live, meaning that any Lee Sin players out there could breathe easy, because it was, thankfully, fixed.

Now we just have to wait and see how many bugs are found with themultitude of new items Riot is releasing in their midseason update for LoL Patch 13.10.
