Which Top Laners Are Strong in LoL Patch 11.3?

5. Riven

Riven got a buff this patch which will make her even more obnoxious to play against, but she will also be a strong pick in the top lane. The buffs revert her back to season 9 Riven and she will be a strong and safe pick. With multiple dashes, she can go in to damage the opponent, while always having a safe escape. Not to mention she has a shield which also keeps her safe. So if you want to be giga annoying and tilt opponents off the map, then pick up Riven.

4. Gnar

Gnar has looked amazing over the last few patches. He is a unique champion since he has two different forms who deal damage in very different fashions. His mini form is a long-ranged champion, while he builds up rage to turn into mega Gnar, gaining health and some new abilities. He is a very safe pick, thanks to his mobility and range. He is also a great engage champion in the late game, when he throws opponents into the wall to stun them. Easy pickings.

3. Nasus

Two of his core items have been buffed over the last two patches: Last Patch Gargoyles saw a buff and this time Frozen Heart will also be buffed. The item will be much cheaper, give 400 Mana, 20 Ability Haste and 70 Armour. That doesn’t sound like a bad deal at all now, does it? Get ready for the mid and late-game power of Nasus!

2. Camille

Program camille

Camille saw no changes in this patch, which means she is staying as dominant as she has been over the last few patches. She is a strong laner who can bully just about any other champion thanks to her sustain as well as shields. She can stay safe thanks to her Hookshot as well, if she ever gets pounced on by a jungler. But let’s face it ganks just don’t work well against her.

She is also the best split pushing top laner in the late game, so while your team keeps the enemies occupied in an all-out ARAM in the mid lane, Camille can easily take towers in other lanes and push waves to get a clear path towards the enemy base. The enemy team won’t even know what hit them.

1. Cho'Gath

Patch 11.3 Top Lane Cho

Cho’Gath was nerfed this patch, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t a total OP champion anyways. There is a reason he got a small nerf. The nerf to his E damage really wasn’t enough to slow this beefy void monster down at all, and he will only continue to dominate the top lane.

Why is that? Well, The buff to Force of Nature will give him more movement speed the more damage he takes and well... this bad boy can tank up quite a bit. Also, Frozen Heart is much cheaper, which will just make him all the stronger. Let’s not forget the buff to Gargoyle’s last patch either... so yeah… Cho’Gath is here to have a good time in Patch 11.3.
