TFT's Festival of Beasts update just launched and we're already getting the patch 11.2b hotfix. That's a good thing though: Riot is keeping the game balanced with this mini-patch. We like it, and we'll run down the patch notes for you:
Let's not beat around the bush here, since you already saw it in the headline: Rakan, Xayah and Aurelion Sol got hit with nerfs. Good, because the Elderwood-Aurelion Sol comp was not just good, it was ridiculously OP. The 6 Mage & Elderwood comp (with some Dragon Soul variants here and there) got balanced out with some nerfs to Rakan & Aurelion Sol. But let's get into to that in detail below:
Here are the patch notes for the B-Patch that should be going live in the next hour or so. Will tweet again to confirm it's live. pic.twitter.com/8krYt1ORMo

Patch Notes: TFT Patch 11.2b – Rakan, Xayah, Aurelion Sol
Rakan is one of the three main parts of the Elder Sol comp (the other two being Xayah and Aurelion Sol himself, duh). Rakan got hit in the mana and shield department: His mana cost was increased to stop his annoying constant casting and his shield got nerfed from 300/550/950 to 200/400/800.
Good riddance, Rakan, and take Xayah with you...: Xayah's mana lock was increased from 1 second to 1.5 seconds. A good change because she was also casting on steroids.
With Rakan and Xayah getting their deserved nerfs, big papa Sol had to get his too: The main culprit of the OP comp got his damage decreased at 1-star and 2-star: From 350/550/1750 to 325/500/1750.

Patch Notes: TFT Patch 11.2b – Diana and Zed Nerfs, Yone Buff
The Elder Sol comp was not the only one that got with some changes: Diana has been quite strong on patch 11.2 and she got some changes to her orbs: She simply loses one orb of damage at 3-star.
Zed got hit in the damage department. His attack damage stolen at 2-star got decreased to 25% and his 3-star to 30% – a 10% decrease!
Lastly, Yone is the winner of this hotfix, as the only champion to get buffed: The 5-cost former menace struggled a little bit and might just return to former glory with the buff he received: He will receive 20% extra armor (40% at 3-star) and more magic resist on his Seal Fate ability.
