5. Sett (Win Rate: 49.6%)

First of all, we can only recommend that you equip Sett with the Conqueror Rune, as it synergizes perfectly with his Q (Knuckle Down) and gives him a self-heal in addition to the damage to his passives. If you have matchups against champs that don't poke you too much, then get Doran's Blade for an early game all-in or to dominate your lane. If you're dealing with poke damage, you can use Doran's Shield to negate some of the damage.

You want to work towards Trinity Force because it gives Sett the stats, he can do the most with: more movement and attack speed, which works great with his right punch. Lethality Sett is a strong build that you need Sanguine Blade for at the beginning, then get Youmuu's Ghostblade and Duskblade of Draktharr/ Edge of Night. Don't forget that your ultimate is a perfect gap-closer and will be incredibly strong with this build. You'll be able to one-shot some of the squishier champions!

4. Malphite (Win Rate: 51.7%)

Malphite is rock solid in almost every match. He can become a super-strong top laner who can always be used in team fights. He can stop split-pushes and can take a lot of punishment - which gives him his well-deserved tank title. You'd want to pick Malphite when you are fighting AD heavy champs because he can counter them wonderfully.

Malphite has more problems with magic damage, so you should decide early if he fits into the team but hey you can always itemize against it. With the Resolved and Doran's Shield, you are almost unkillable in the early game. You have an increased life pool and life regeneration, and it also works well in synergy with your passive shield. Malphite is a bit more difficult to play in the late game since you'll often have to decide when is the right moment to engage.

3. Fiora (Win Rate: 51.1%)

Fiora is a high-risk, high-reward champion, which means that although she's a little harder to learn, it feels really good to make plays with her. Fiora does a lot of damage and can be quite mobile. Thanks to her passive - Duelist's Dance, she can see her opponents' vital points and does bonus damage when she hits those points - where you benefit from her speed.

With her Q (Lunge) you can jump to your opponents and in combination with R (Grand Challenge), you do massive damage to your opponent and heal yourself and your party if executed correctly. Since she is such a strong champion, her only disadvantage is that she has quite high cooldowns on her W and E skills and misplays with her can be punished.

2. Urgot (Win Rate: 52.4%)

Urgot is a ranged juggernaut! If you like strong champs that scale well into mid- and late-game and have some impact there, Urgot is the one for you! He has good poke damage and is a safe pick for the laning phase. He is strong in 1vs1 combat and has good ways to engage. However, it's difficult to pull something with him if your team doesn't know what to do. Furthermore, it'll often be hard to get an advantage with him during the laning phase.

There's a good rule for choosing the right runes: If you want to be stronger in the early game and compete against champs that can't take much, Press the Attack is your first choice and fittingly so at the beginning - Doran's Blade. If you have to survive against tanky champions and want to scale into the late game, then you should go for Conqueror and get Doran's Shield instead. It's up to you whether you go for Black Cleaver or Death's Dance first. Both items are strong for Urgot and support his skill set.

1. Darius (Win Rate: 50.8%)

Top Lane Darius

Darius is a champion. Period. No seriously, his tankiness makes it incredibly hard to kill him and Darius' damage output is insane. If you do everything right, you can carry team fights alone or turn a gank into a double kill. With Darius, you can punish your opponent's mistakes fast and hard and even if you get hit, you will get back into the game without any problems. If Darius has one weakness, it is his mobility. Missing your E or Q can lead to your quick death.

Let's get to his build: With the Precision Tree, you have everything you need. His skills build perfectly on his passive, as you cause bleeding damage to your opponents, which can get you some kills, especially in the early game.

Your ultimate also scales up to 100% extra damage depending on the number of stacks applied by your passive. Learn patience and when is the best time to activate it to get the maximum damage. Since Darius' damage is already very good, you want to give him items that ensure his survival. The longer you live and build up your passives, the more damage you can do, right? At the start of the match, get items like Doran's Shield and Rejuvenation Bead.

Later on, you can decide depending on your opponent's lineup if you want to get Trinity Force, against squishy champs, or Black Cleaver if you want to increase your team's damage.
