It's fair to say there have been a lot of changes coming into the thirteenth season of League of Legends, some better, some worse. One of these changes was the introduction of splits in Ranked mode, flex queue and solo/duo queue alike.

Ranked queues are scheduled to be temporarily disabled on July 17, 2023, at 11:59 pm local time, as announced by Riot. Following this, players who have successfully obtained the victorious skin and chromas will receive their rewards. It's important to note that achieving a Gold rank is not a requirement for earning the skin this time.
On July 18, 2023, around 3:00 am local time, ranked queues will be reactivated. However, participating in ranked matches will be pointless as your performance will no longer contribute to your rank. This is due to the current season ending and the second split not commencing yet.
After the end of Split 1 between July 19 and July 21, 2023 depending on your region, all your achievements in LoL Ranked will count towards Season 13 Split 2.
Now you know when to expect the Ranked mode reset! Let's just hope that the second Split of the 2023 season will be more successful than the first one. There is always room to improve, am I right?
