Since the announcement of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2, fans have been eagerly awaiting any news, especially about the game's release date. A new leak now suggests that the game is coming much sooner than we expected! Now, we're here with all this fabulous info!

In June 2019, Nintendo dropped a real bombshell of an announcement: Breath of the Wild 2 is coming to the Switch! Of course, all fans of Zelda, and especially of Breath of the Wild, were extremely excited. However, until now, there have been no signs at all of when the game will be released. All we've seen so far is a beautiful teaser trailer...

Like I said... there have been absolutely no signs of this game UNTIL NOW! A new leak seems to have revealed that the game is set to release very soon! Let's roll this whole thing out for you.

The leak came through Gameware.at, an Austrian video game retailer. They already have The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 on their release list – for Q2 2021, which is very soon! The question here is whether it refers to the second quarter of the calendar year, or to Nintendo's fiscal year

The former would mean that Breath of the Wild 2 will be released in the April-June period, the latter would indicate a July-September release date. No matter how you interpret this, one thing is clear: the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 release is definitely coming before Christmas, and hopefully in just a few months!

Of course, this is just speculation at this point, and until Nintendo officially announces a release date, you should be careful with the hype. But before you get your torches and start yelling at us: Gameware.at has accurately leaked unreleased release dates in the past. Thus, this leak is quite credible. We are definitely looking forward to finding out the truth!
