Infinity Ward are constantly working on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone, bringing small twists to the meta to keep it all interesting. According to rumors, one of the few sections of Warzone that hasn’t been touched that much – Killstreaks, may be in line for a new member.
The Killstreak meta in Call of Duty: Warzone hasn't changed much since the release of the Battle Royale. Cluster Strikes, UAVs and Airstrikes. Rumor has it, however, that a new Call of Duty: Warzone Killstreak will soon be available at the buy stations of Verdansk.
Counter UAV Coming to Call of Duty: Warzone
The Killstreak Counter UAV, known from the multiplayer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, could soon find its way into Warzone. Some players have observed the resulting radar interference after the last update, yet the counter-drone does not exist officially. As of now.
Counter UAV in Warzone? I have 20 days in to warzone (no life I know) but I have never seen this... Map changes coming soon?!? from CODWarzone
According to a new leak, the new Call of Duty: Warzone Killstreak is going to arrive with the next Call of Duty update. There’s even some info in regards to its price which should be around $4,500 at the buy stations - $500 more than the normal drone. A fair price considering the Counter UAV paralyzes the radar of all enemies and makes it impossible to see where enemies are and how the gas is spreading.
Should the leak prove to be true, the reconnaissance contract would take on a much higher status, which could completely change the Call of Duty: Warzone meta. All we have to do now is wait it out and see if Infinity Ward’s plans have been accurately decrypted.
