There are some manga that are just meant to become an anime and garner a large fan following. Chainsaw Man was hyped beyond belief before it was adapted by Mappa and Jujutsu Kaisen saw new heights in sales thanks to the adaptation as well.
A new addition to the Shōnen Jump magazine in 2023 was Kagurabachi which has quickly become one of the best-selling manga in the magazine, so it's about time you find out about it as well.

Not only is Kagurabachi becoming one of the hottest series in Japan, it's also getting praise from other noteworthy manga artists. It has been reported that the first physical volume of the series has already sold out in Japan before its release, with fans unable to get copies off Yahoo Japan and Rakuten Books.
Chihiro Rokuhira, whose father was a famous blacksmith that made six magical swords, wants to get back at a group of sorcerers for killing his father. He plans to use a seventh magical sword his father made before he died to help him.
Now, My hero Academia creator, Kohei Horikoshi, has also praised the series, writing a recommendation ahead of the release of the first physical volume.
While novices like you and me will just think that Kagurabachi has great fight scenes, fun characters and an interesting story line, Horikoshi had much deeper – and honestly better – praise for the manga.
He wrote that Kagurabachi "amazed" him, especially the "movie-like compositions". My Hero Academia has been one of the best-selling Shōnen Jump manga throughout the last few years, so this is an insane endorsement for Kagurabachi ahead of its first volume.
Unfortunately, this only pertains to the Japanese first volume, with no information on an English version yet. But with the success the series has had thus far, there will likely be a physical version coming soon.
