League of Legends drama is through the roof. Just last week, streamer Dantes revealed that he had broken up with his girlfriend Laura, but no one saw the drama coming after this announcement.
Recently, Dantes revealed over Twitter that he had broken up with his girlfriend Laura. He explained that the reason he is doing this is that he wants to focus on his career and cannot give her the attention she deserves. This breakup tweet incited drama no one would have thought possible, and all because on man-child cannot handle being called out.
But I digress, what actually happened?
Dantes vs. Tarzaned: What Happened?
Tarzaned, a well-known League of Legends content creator and coach, doesn't have the best track record within the community. Dantes, another streamer and content creator, also doesn't have the best reputation, but for a while it seemed that both content creators were friends.

That friendship seemed to have ended a while ago, especially with Dantes former girlfriend, Laura, not getting along with Tarzaned. For a while, the two were merely co-existing in the League of Legends creator space without much interaction. That was until the breakup Tweet from Dantes.
"So I Can Come Over Now?"
After Dantes revealed his breakup, Tarzaned took the opportunity to quote tweet the breakup announcement, citing "So I can come over now". It seems that while Dantes and Tarzaned had still been friends, Laura didn't like Tarzaned much and didn't want him coming over to Dantes' house. So now that they broke up, Tarzaned felt the need to jab at the two of them once more with this comment.

This seemed to bother Dantes who then replied "this showcases exactly why I don't want anything to do with you anymore. No, you're never invited over again".
You'd think things ended there, but there were some more Tweets exchanged between the two. Tarzaned called out Dantes for his behavior in Brazil during a streamer tournament, and Dantes clapped right back, airing out some dirty laundry on Tarzaned without going into the details. But it seems that this tweet calling Tarzaned character into question was the last straw and caused Tarzaned to snap.
Tarzaned Reveals Private Information On Stream
Tarzaned, who is known to have a short fuse, with him often going overboard whenever he feels slighted, went on stream to try and "get back" at Dantes, calling his character into question by revealing some extremely personal business to thousands of viewers.
Tarzaned revealed that one month into Dantes' and Laura's relationship, she became pregnant. Tarzaned also added that Laura flew back to Germany, her home country, alone, while Dantes stayed back and continued to stream League of Legends.
All this information was revealed, just because Tarzaned decided he wanted to "get back" at Dantes in some way, not even taking into account how Laura would feel or how people would treat her going forward. It's a well-known fact that in these situations, it's often the women who receive much more hate and harsher criticism than the men. No matter how much you dislike someone, this isn't something you simply "leak" or reveal, since this is extremely personal information, someone told you when you were friends.
Dantes and Laura even had to go on stream together, both in shambles and tears, to explain their reasoning why Dantes did not go with Laura and why she wet to Germany to have the abortion, rather than do it in Canada, where it is also legal. The couple thought that Laura would feel better surrounded by family, though they do admit that Dantes could have come along as well, something they didn't think about at the time.
Community Reaction
Not only has the community condemned Tarzaned for his comments, but other streamers have also chimed in, explaining that his attempt at "winning the argument" is completely unhinged and in the wrong.
Former League of Legends pro, IWillDominate stated that, "it is so f*ckin weird that you can do something that's this severe and be so removed from reality that you can 'cover the drama' in between my games". Since Tarzaned, between revealing this information, kept queuing up for solo queue matches.
Tyler1, the biggest League of Legends streamer also chimed in simply calling Tarzaned an idiot, "it's no one's business but their own. [...] [Abortions] weigh on you more than anybody whose never experienced it could possibly imagine".
Tarzaned has since apologized over Twitter and decided to take a break from social media and content creation. He's also deleted his tweets and VODs, but the damage has been done, and it'll be Laura who will have to live with these consequences the longest of everyone involved.
