You’re allowed to post Adult Content provided it’s properly labeled with a content warning so users who do not wish to see it can avoid it. This also means children below the age of 18 are not exposed to it.
X also posted a blog in which they revealed their stance on violent content. While the platform is meant for discussions, but any content which "glorifies or expresses desire for violence" is considered Violent Speech and therefore is not allowed on the platform.
Users who post violent content, which doesn't fall under Violent Speech, should adjust their media settings since their videos and images will be behind an automatic content warning.
So now that X has made their stance clear regarding adult content, expect the bots to ramp up once more.
