EA FC 24 TOTS Wishlist: How The Event Needs To Improve

TOTS is just around the corner in EA FC 24. But for the event to really be a success, we think EA need to make the following changes.

EA FC 24 is quickly heading towards the highly anticipated TOTS event. To make sure it doesn’t disappoint, we’ve put together a wishlist of what they should change.

Our EA FC 24 TOTS Wishlist

TOTS Swaps

It feels like forever ago since the last swap event happened. So far, EA FC 24 hasn’t had any team or campaign that you could earn Swap Tokens for. The swap system isn’t just an alternative to collecting rewards; it rekindles the desire to stay active in the game, even in its later stages. However, EA shouldn’t wait too long to introduce swaps, as players' patience can quickly wear thin.

Better Rewards

And by that, we don’t just mean improving the odds of scoring TOTS cards. However, a little bump in pack luck would be quite nice, EA!

Jokes aside; We're talking about the rewards for the Weekend League and for Rivals. Everyone knows the feeling: WL is over, time to collect rewards... and it’s just junk again. Then you’re left wondering: Why did I even bother?

EA should definitely consider bringing back TOTS Picks. It looks like Picks are coming back, which would be a great addition. The design for these has already been leaked.

Adjustments to the rewards have already been confirmed via an in-game message from the FC team.

Ratings 90+ Only

Every team should have only 90+ rated cards. That’s a common request you see under old social media posts about TOTS teams. What’s the use of an 87-rated striker with no pace in the Late Game? Plus, this is about celebrating the entire season's performance, not just a weekly team upgrade.

Sticking strictly to 90+ ratings might not be feasible for EA, to allow enough flexibility. However, the overall ratings could be a bit higher, especially now when interest in the mode is peaking.

Extra Playstyle+

Playstyle+ grants players certain abilities, some of which are quite useful. Over time, it has become clear which Playstyles are more beneficial. Often, the first thing players look at is the Playstyle+ rather than the rating.

For TOTY, EA first gave players a second Playstyle+, which then became standard for many special cards. For TOTS, we think it would be the perfect opportunity to add a third Playstyle+.

This would not only mean lower prices for players with only two Playstyles+, but also ensure some seriously powerful new cards.

Leaks have already suggested that a third Playstyle+ could be on its way.
