A true spiritual successor to classic RPG games like Baldur’s Gate, Icewind Dale and, to an extent, Planescape Torment and Neverwinter Nights. This title will entangle you in a fascinating story, rich world, and memorable characters. You’ll manage your party, equip them with sweet gear, and complete epic quests.
Tyranny
One of the games that directly benefited from Pillars of Eternity’s success and the new life force flowing in the CRPG movement is Tyranny – made by the same team. This one flips the formula on its head - we are used to heroes saving the world and taking down the one-dimensional, mustache-twirling villain – but what if there’s more to that? Well, it’s time we find out because in this game, you are the bad guy! You took over the world with your mighty fist - now rule it! Duh! Did we mention this is also the gold edition?
