Overwatch’s story-driven seasonal event is back for another go on May 19. The timed promotion will feature PvE maps and new loot, including Legendary skins.

A fan-favorite celebration will be back in the Overwatch servers very soon. While not exactly the correct date for a birthday (originally, Overwatch was released on May 24), this is the proper party to be attending if you’re a fan of Blizzard’s smash-hit hero shooter.

For the duration of the promotion, players will be able to experience special content, such as the Archive series of narrative-driven player-versus-environment maps where you and your friends can happily shoot some evil Omnics.

But arguably the biggest draw of the Anniversary series is the loot. The birthday even doesn’t really have a theme, like the Halloween or Christmas-inspired seasonal celebrations, so it features the best of all of them. The 2020 special loot boxes will feature cheery, spooky and menacing skins alike.

One really interesting Legendary skin that stands out is Mercy as a cartoony green dragon:

Another eye-catcher is Little Red Ashe and her granny wolf B.O.B who’ve jumped right out of a Grimm fairytale.

If you want to get your hands on some of these goodies, make sure to log in on May 19 and get some games going. Good luck!
