Tomorrow on Saturday, April 4 there will be a unique Sim-Racing-Event with #RaceForGood for the good cause. We have summarized all important information and details.
The #RaceForGood charity event of the German racing team Rutronik Racing, which starts tomorrow, April 4th, promises exciting racing in different classes. In a unique event, 25 Sim racers and 25 professional racers will fight for the good cause for victory. The racing simulation iRacing will be played. Here are all details of the event at a glance.
What is #RaceForGood all about?
The German racing team Rutronik Racing does not let its head hang down in the current corona crisis but instead uses the opportunity to do something good. Professional racers and Sim-Racers will compete in a unique Sim-Racing event and collect money for a good cause.
The proceeds of the event will be donated to the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation. The foundation supports children's sports projects that cannot be carried out due to the current corona crisis. These are mainly projects for socially disadvantaged children, some of whom even suffer from domestic violence.
Where can you donate?
Donations are possible at any time. Those who wish to support the project can do so directly via the Laureus website or find the necessary data for a bank transfer there. Under the subject "Raceforgood" it is ensured that the donation can be assigned to the event and reaches the right destination.
Donations can still be made during the almost three-hour live stream.

Of these, the 15 best drivers in both categories will move on to the grand final and then start together for the first time to determine the winner. Driving will be with the Porsche 911 RSR in sunny Monza. A vehicle skin for all racing cars will be provided by organiser Rutronik Racing.
