Over the last few days, teams competed to reach the Championship Sunday event of the North American RLCS X Regional. The Lamborghini Open featured a number of fantastic teams fighting it out for Regional Champion, but also for the Top 6 who will make it to the RLCS X Championships in May. Here's what happened...
The RLCS X is in full swing by now, with the European Regionals finished off, and now the North American Regionals coming to a dramatic closure with their Lamborghini Open finals. The sponsorship deal between Psyonix and Lamborghini has come to a head, with their running of the Championship Sunday event, as well as the new Battle of the Bulls competition.

The eight teams listed above participated in the Lamborghini Open's Championship Sunday event, battling it out for first place. Whilst the Top 6 teams will move onto the RLCS X Championships in May, several of the Lamborghini Open winners will be able to compete in the North American Majors. Well, this is all rather exciting!

There were a few fantastically close plays in the RLCS X Lamborghini Open from SpaceStation Gaming, in this bad-boy, Retals managed to score a goal against the odds, despite Team Envy's continuous attempts to steal the ball. Just take a look at these incredible skills at work.

Well, that was a bloody close one, wasn't it? But what about the flip, what about good ol' Team Envy (spoiler alert), our North American Champions. Speaking of the win, let's take a look at Team Envy taking home that Lamborghini Open Cup, catapulting them to the RLCS X Championships in May, as well as the RLCS X North American Majors. Taking home the Lamborghini Open, we see that Team Envy and NRG have both become RLCS X North American Champions. These final standings are impressive for all those involved. SpaceStation Gaming was a particularly fantastic placing, catapulting them to one of the top Rocket League teams in the whole world. Yet again, wow!
