Rocket League is a relatively old game at this point, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to meet the Rocket League recommended system requirements. You have to remember that you want a pretty insane frame rate in Rocket League, or you're going to be left behind. If you don't have a good computer, and the game lags even a tiny bit behind other players, then you're pretty much screwed. Thus, here are the Rocket League system requirements!

What are the Rocket League Minimum System Requirements?

  • Operating System: Windows 7 (64 bit) or Newer (64 bit) Windows OS
  • Processor: 2.5 GHz Dual core
  • Memory: 4GB
  • Storage: 20GB
  • Direct X: DirectX 11
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 760, AMD Radeon R7 270X, or better

What are the Rocket League Recommended System Requirements?

  • Operating System: Windows 7 (64 bit) or Newer (64 bit) Windows OS
  • Processor: 3.0+ GHz Quad core
  • Memory: 8GB
  • Storage: 20GB
  • Direct X: DirectX 11
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, AMD Radeon RX 470, or better

What is the Rocket League Unreal Engine 5 Minimum System Requirements?

  • Operating System: Windows 10 (64 bit)
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 1080 or AMD RX Vega 64 graphics card or higher
  • Memory: 8 GB of VRAM and 32 GB of system RAM
  • Processor: 12-core CPU at 3.4 GHz
  • Direct X: DirectX 11
  • Storage: Unknown

So Rocket League is coming to Unreal Engine 5, but that does not necessarily mean you need an upgrade. Yes, we understand that the numbers listed above are a little bit higher than the base model, but to be honest, not that much higher. We don't know the Rocket League Unreal Engine 5 Minimum System Requirements for sure, as the upgrade hasn't been released yet. Instead, this list was compiled in part from the known requirements of Unreal Engine 5 demos, and in part from deduction of Rocket League's current requirements. They could be smack-on, or could be completely wrong. We will update this list as soon as more information is revealed, but that may be a little while away to be honest.
