This absolute disaster of a car is not even ugly in a funny way. It's bland, blue, and bleak. The eyes? That ain't funny, that's just creepy, and adds absolutely nothing to this vehicle. It really doesn't help that the X-Devil is already an insanely ugly vehicle, and with no decal, this vehicle jumps to the forefront of my mind.
