It's not too long ago that Ninja stopped playing Fornite, but Tyler 'Ninja' Blevins has recently explained to his fans on stream why he left. Also good news, but Ninja is back to Fortnite as Chapter 2, Season 4. I guess it's just too good to pass up, Avengers assemble?

When Ninja stopped streaming Fortnite, he continued to stream other games like Valorant and Among Us instead. It wasn’t until his friend SypherPK reached out to the famous Fortnite streamer asking him to play the game once again. But why did Ninja suddenly stop playing the battle royale? Ninja reveals why:

Honestly, the game wasn't fun to me. It was super stale and super boring. I mean, I honestly don't have anything good to say about Fortnite in the last two seasons.

Things in Fortnite certainly seemed slow when compared to the next-level collaboration between Marvel and Epic that brought us superheroes and their powers to Chapter 2, Season 4.

So we leave it to you to decide if you agree with Ninja or not. Was the previous season 3 of Fortnite boring? Ninja jokingly added another reason for his leaving and coming back to the game:

It's the Pump Shotgun. Maybe it is. Maybe it's literally the Pump Shotgun being added back. I can't believe they removed it. Who knows, maybe they removed it so when they added it back, everyone was in love with it, you know what I mean.

The Pump Shotgun was vaulted in season 3 and then un-vaulted by Epic Games in Season 4 much to the praise from fans. The Pump Shotguns remains one of the best early game close combat gun choices.

So we can thank Epic Games and SypherPK for bringing Ninja back to Fortnite. SypherPK apparently was the catalyst that once again relit the fire and Ninja’s passion for the game:

No cap, SypherPK, a friend of mine texted me and was like 'yo man, do you want to play some Fortnite, just duos and try it out', I was like 'yeah sure.’ I'm having a blast again. It feels good again, it feels fun. I'm playing Fortnite solos. When was the last time you saw me playing Fortnite solos.

A number of things had to go right to bring Ninja back. It literally took a plethora of Marvel superheroes having to be added and a fellow Fortnite star to get Ninja back into the game.
