We have the best Lachmann-762 setup and loadout for Warzone 2.0. The Lachmann-762 is one of the best combat rifles and is also worth having in Warzone 2.0.
Warzone 2.0 finally offers more variety in weapons and playstyles, in fact, almost every weapon is somehow viable. The new battle rifles are also surprisingly quite useful. They're essentially heavier, larger caliber assault rifles, which can also be used in full auto. The special thing about the Lachmann-762 is that it comes with a 20-round magazine right from the start. So we don't necessarily need a larger magazine – but you can even go up to 50 shots if you want. With the right attachments, the Lachmann-762 becomes an extremely powerful weapon that put out a lot of damage, but is still easy (enough) to control.

Warzone 2.0: Lachmann-762 Setup
Slot | Attachment | Unlock Path | Tuning |
Muzzle | Polarfire-S | Lachmann 762 Level 5 | Aim Down Sight Speed (-0.98 oz) / Bullet Velocity (+0.50 in) |
Barrel | Romeo FT 16" Barrel | Lachmann 762 Level 13 → Lachman .556 Level 16 → RAPP H Level 15 | Recoil Steadiness (+0.34 oz) / Aim Down Sight Speed (-0.15 in) |
Optic | Slimline Pro | Lachmann-762 to Level 13 → Lachmann-556 to Level 12 → Lachmann Sub to Level 11 | Aim Down Sight Speed (-0.65 oz) / Default |
Stock | LM-S Factory G79 Stock | Lachmann-762 to Level 10 | Aim Down Sight Speed (-2.63 oz) / Aim Walking Speed (-0.83 in) |
Underbarrel | FTAC Ripper 56 | Lachmann-762 to Level 6 | Aim Down Sight Speed (-0.41 oz) / Default |
With our Lachmann-762 setup, we want to get its violent recoil pattern under control, but we also want to increase range and bullet velocity for added capability at longer distances. And so that we're not too slow at medium distances, when tuning the attachments we pay particular attention to ADS speed to provide a little more mobility in general.
As always, the optic is a matter of taste, we just love the Slimline Pro. If you want, you can also choose a sight with a higher zoom level, but you should not go too high, as the recoil is a bit too strong for very long distances, at least in full-auto.
Warzone 2.0 Lachmann-762 Loadout: Secondary, Perks & Equipment
Secondary Weapon: Fennec 45
With the Lachmann-762 as our primary weapon, we are well-equipped for medium to long ranges, but far too slow in close combat. So we need a very mobile weapon with the fastest possible TTK. That's exactly what the Fennec 45 offers us. With its extremely high rate of fire, it can knock enemies ludicrously quickly at close range – but remember that it is really only effective at a few meters.
- Here is our detailed Fennec 45 Loadout.
Perks (Basic, Bonus & Ultimate)
Again, our standard choice:
Perk Package | Spectre Package |
Basis Perk | Double Time / Tracker |
Bonus Perk | Spotter |
Ultimate Perk | Ghost |
Yeah, we get it, we aren't being original. We have to explain the same perks in every loadout, but Specter is simply the best package at the moment. Ghost is essential in countering UAV spam, and the bonus perks are some of the best available. The only trash perk here is, of course, Spotter.
Equipment (Lethal & Tactical)
Our favorite combo:
Lethal | Semtex |
Tactical | Flash Grenade |
The radius of flashbang grenades is just ridiculously large right now and the flash lasts for a very long time, so we want to use them before they're nerfed. Semtex, on the other hand, is just always good and works equally well against vehicles and infantry.
That was your complete overview of the Lachmann-762. If you're not into battle rifles and would rather try a regular assault rifle, here's a ranking of all assault rifles in Warzone 2.0.
