Seriously, for some reason Activision always manages to optimize the annual CoD releases so that they are still playable even on years old computers. So unless your PC is 10 years old, you shouldn't have any problems with Modern Warfare 2.

Yes, the GTX 960 was released in 2015. If you take care of your PC and have upgraded a few things over the last years, you should be able to play Modern Warfare 2 without any problems.

Recommended PC System Requirements

As you can see, the PC system requirements for the Modern Warfare 2 beta are not particularly high. We expect that the recommended system requirements for the finished game in particular might be a bit higher, but if you don't have any issues in the beta, you should be set for the full release at the end of October.
