Call of Duty: Vanguard will be available on November 5, but will not be integrated into Warzone at launch. This is no surprise, after all, Black Ops Cold War's integration was a disaster, and the developers want to give players time to test the new CoD's Multiplayer and Zombies modes. Some Vanguard weapons are already in Warzone, but when will Vanguard be integrated into Warzone?

Vanguard Integration Not on December 7!

Zesty has apologized in another tweet, saying that December 7 is apparently not the date of Vanguard's integration into Warzone after all.

Apparently, "Chapter 3" is not about the integration of Vanguard into Warzone as previously believed. However, it still seems unclear what else it could be about.

So, since the new date is not correct, for now we again assume that the integration will take place after the end of BOCW & Warzone Season 6. That would be on Thursday, December 2. As soon as we have more reliable information, we will add it here.

When is Vanguard Coming to Warzone?

Vanguard's integration into Warzone will take place on December 7, 2021, according to information from data miner and Twitter Leaker Zesty. Zesty found the following line in the code:

"VANGUARD_IS_COMING" and "CHAPTER 3 COMING DECEMBER 7TH" already sounds pretty clear. If you count Modern Warfare as being Warzone's first chapter, and BOCW as Chapter 2, then Vanguard would count as Chapter 3.

Can We Trust the New Release Date?

The new data seems quite credible, since the integration of Black Ops Cold War also took place in December last year. Originally, we always oriented ourselves to when the current Season 6 Battle Pass expires. Thus, we always assumed that the Vanguard integration would occur at the end of November, and would coincide with the new Pacific map. The new date, December 7, is exactly one week after the Season 6 Battle Pass expires.

Each new Call of Duty will be available on its own for a short period of time before they are integrated with Warzone. This is to give players a chance to play the multiplayer, campaign, and zombies components of a particular new CoD game. Activision wants players to buy their new games, so it makes sense.

Thus, yes, December 7 is likely the release date for the Vanguard-Warzone integration and the new Pacific Map.
