Warzone 2: Plunder Release Time
According to a tweet from Call of Duty, Plunder will make its return to Warzone 2 on Wednesday, April 26th, 2023 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST.
Even though the trailer mentions Warzone Ranked, this particular new game mode will not be released until Season 3 Reloaded, so stay tuned for that!
- If you want to be perfectly prepared for Warzone Ranked, it might be a good idea to get a controller with additional features. Maybe give the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller a try!
Players are sure to be thrilled by the return of Plunder to Warzone 2, given its immense popularity. The mode was an excellent warm-up for players before jumping into the 150-man Battle Royale on Al-Mazrah or Ashika Island.

What Is Plunder In Warzone Again?
In case you forgot what this game mode is about, here is a short summary:
Plunder is a game mode in Warzone's Battle Royale maps that requires teams to collect cash either from the ground or loot caches. The collected cash must be deposited at a helipad or cash deposit balloon to keep it secure. If a team manages to collect $1 million or if the timer runs out, the game enters overtime, where cash amounts increase by 1.5 times.
At the end of the game, the team with the highest cash amount emerges as the winner. Unlike the more intense Battle Royale, Plunder is a less stressful game mode that players can use as a warm-up or a quick opportunity to level up their weapons.
