With this, Ludwig will be joining Charlie and Matt 'SuperSpicyMatt' Philips as a co-owner of the org.
Moist Esports as an organization was founded back in 2021 by MoistCr1TiKal and has since been able to establish a strong presence in the Apex Legends, Rocket League, Guilty Gear Strive and Super Smash Bros. scenes.

Ludwig Announced As New Co-Owner Of Moist Esports
The announcement video features Ludwig and MoistCr1TiKal and is a meta commentary on the state of esports organizations as a whole, referring to struggle to make money and rely on venture capital funding and crypto sponsorships to survive.
Ludwig therefore points out that Moist Esports must be burning a lot of money as well, to which Charlie answers that he should have more than enough money to spare due to his YouTube contract.
The implication is, that the two of them don't care as long as they have fun doing it, as their discussion then cuts to the two of them simply throwing stacks of money into a fire, just having the best time.
Ludwig has been hosting esports events in the past, as well as other events that definitely cost him a lot of money. So, taking part in an esports org as well as losing money doing something he cares about is totally in character for the popular content creator.
The same goes for MoistCr1TiKal, as he already confirmed that he is losing roughly six figures a month on Moist Esports, but still has no plans of shutting it down.
