MrBeast has bought an entire neighborhood for his employees to live in.
According to reports, the popular YouTuber Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has made a significant investment by buying an entire neighborhood of properties for his employees and family to live in.
As the biggest content creator on YouTube, MrBeast has quite a bit of money he can spend. Some people would buy a Lamborghini, others a huge villa for themselves, but MrBeast bought an entire neighborhood in North Carolina for his employees. Talk about boss moves, right?
MrBeast Buys His Staff Houses To Live In
The purchases were first reported by The New York Post, which included comments from a previous resident that sold his house to the content creator, even though at first he was a little hesitant.

“We negotiated back and forth, and it had to be worth my while. And he wasn’t gonna buy it, if it wasn’t worth his while”.
The idea is to make life easier for them, cutting down on commute time and boosting productivity. If you have a couple million dollars to spare, I guess it's not that bad of a deal.
But hey, this isn't the first time MrBeast has flexed his generosity. He's notorious for giving away expensive stuff like cars to random folks or curing their freaking blindness. Some fans love it, but others give him flak for it. Go figure!
Seems like Jimmy made it worth his while, as he supposedly sold his property to MrBeast.
