With many actors and writers currently on strike for better wages and working conditions, Hollywood has pretty much hit pause. Instead of going into negotiations, their plan is apparently to wait things out. Now Ron Perlman joined the fray, pretty much threatening a studio executive who made a seriously messed up statement.

Ron Perlman is an American actor and voice actor known for his rugged features and distinctive voice. He gained fame for playing badass roles like Clay Morrow on the biker drama Sons of Anarchy and Hellboy in the eponymous film series. Perlman's extensive work includes numerous roles in film, television, and video games.

Ron Perlman Goes After Studio Executive Planning To Wait Out WGA & SAG Strike

Hollywood is currently in shambles as not only the writers, but also many actors, have joined hands to protest against their working conditions. With both the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the Writers Guild of America (WGA) currently on strike, you would think Hollywood feels pressured, as they pretty much had to shut down many of their productions.

Apparently, that's not the case, though, as Deadline recently reported on a studio executive who claimed that "the endgame is to allow things to drag on until union members start losing their apartments and losing their houses".

This statement obviously didn't really sit well with actors and writers, and so Ron Perlman decided to call out and kind of threaten said studio exec.

In a since-deleted social media rent, the 73-year-old actor explained how their are a lot of ways to lose your home, while also calling him out on his heartless words.

We know who said that and where he fucking lives ... you wish that families starve while you’re making 27-fucking-million a year for creating nothing? Be careful motherfucker

Perlman is not the first high profile celebrity that is siding with the SAG and WGA on their strike. When the SAG decided to join the WGA for their strike, the whole cast of Oppenheimer decided to leave their movie screening in the UK to show their support to their cause.

Hopefully, this support will bear fruit, so the writers and actors currently protesting will end up with favorable working conditions.

With Netflix being affected as well, maybe The Witcher season 4 will be delayed as well?
