Kai Cenat is one of the biggest streamers on Twitch, titleholder for the most subs and Streamer of the Year at the Streamer Awards 2023. So you could definitely say he is the goose that lays golden eggs for Twitch.

Now he seems to be fed up with Twitch's ban policy, threatening to leave the platform if he gets banned one more time.

Kai Cenat Threatens To Leave Twitch If He Gets Banned Again

As one of the most prominent figures on Twitch, Kai Cenat has established himself as a valuable asset for the popular streaming platform.

With Kick gaining traction and making contracts with some of their bigger creators, you would think that Twitch would try their best to keep valuable creators like Kai happy, instead of sending them ugly sneakers, or banning them for weird reasons.

Kai especially has been approached multiple times by the likes of Adin Ross to make a move to Kick, but refused time and time again.

Now he appears to be a lot more open to Kick making an offer, as on April 30, he talked about the possibility of leaving Twitch.

In a conversation with fellow streamers BruceDropEmOff and YourRage, Kai dropped the bomb, saying: “I feel like if I get banned one more time, I’m off the f*ckin’ platform for good,”.

Kai seemed genuinely pissed off at Twitch, for banning him because of his edibles stream.

YourRage tried to calm Kai down a little, saying: “You’re the Golden Boy of Twitch right now, they love you,” to which Kai quickly responded, “I’m never the Golden Boy. You know who the Golden Boy is. It’s a lot of Golden Boys out there.”

  • If you want to play The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom with your favorite streamer (trust me they're all gonna play it), you can buy it right here.

Twitch's policy and transparency regarding bans has been questioneda lot over the years, but so far, no streamer had the balls to outright threaten them like this.

Whether this was a good call or a bad call, only time can tell but man, with this Twitch might lose one of their biggest stars!

This was probably one of the wildest things ever a streamer didn't get banned for:

Robert Bachhuber

As a master graduate of sociology who wrote his thesis about Twitch, Robert knows a fair share about streaming. Adding to that, he loves binge-watching TV shows, so he got entertainment covered....
