German champion, DFB cup winner, Champions League winner. FC Bayern looks back on an incredibly successful season. In the first FIFA 21 rating prediction we look at how the scores of FC Bayern Munich players could rise.
The mad season of FC Bayern München should not have gone unnoticed by EA Sports. The new co-op multiplayer in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team mode is quite nice, but fans of the series are especially looking forward to the new player ratings. In our FIFA 21 rating prediction of FC Bayern Munich, we look at how the ratings could rise.
FIFA 21 Rating Prediction: FC Bayern Munich
Goalkeeper
Manuel Neuer - GK - 88 OVR -> 89 OVR: Manuel Neuer and FC Bayern gave away the fewest goals of all Bundesliga teams in the past season. Two inform cards were available for this. EA Sports is always careful with goalkeepers, but a higher rating is considered safe. One or two points are added to it.
Defense
Alphonso Davies - LB - 72 OVR -> 84 OVR: The Canadian is an integral part of the FCB's left defence and played a superb second leg. There is only one way for the youngster: up. An enormous FIFA 21 rating boost is the result.
David Alaba - CB - 85 OVR -> 85 OVR: The Austrian moves into the defensive center for Davies, where he also does a very good job. In the meantime, Alaba has grown to a permanent player. Nevertheless: the rating should not change much after the FIFA 21 release.
Jerome Boateng - CB - 84 OVR -> 85 OVR: Boateng also played a strong season and proved once again that he is still one of the best central defenders in the Bundesliga. A small rating boost is needed, there is no question.
Tanguy Nianzou - CB - 00 OVR -> 72 OVR: The first new addition to FC Bayern Munich comes from PSG. The Frenchman, who is only 18 years old, is an option for the future, but first has to prove his skills. Like Davies in FIFA 20, he should start with a silver card.
Benjamin Pavard - RB - 79 OVR -> 80 OVR: The Frenchman was retrained for lack of alternatives to the right defender and did his job extremely well. On the other hand, he has a slightly better rating and a change of position compared to FIFA 20.

Midfield
Leroy Sane - LM - 86 OVR -> 84 OVR: Sane has finally landed at FC Bayern Munich. 95 speed the winger could show in FIFA 20, but he was injured almost the whole season and played only one game. He won't be able to keep his rating, but the first inform card shouldn't be too long in coming.
Leon Goretzka - CM - 84 OVR -> 86 OVR: The central midfielder convinced in the past season and is currently one of the best eights in the world. This should result in a rating boost.
Joshua Kimmich - CM - 86 OVR -> 87 OVR: Kimmich also had to convince in a new position in the past season and changed from the right defensive side (where he was among the best in the world) to the midfield center (where he is among the best in the world).
Thomas Müller - CAM - 86 OVR -> 86 OVR: Müller collected 29 scorer points in the past season, 4th place in the Bundesliga. But it was not enough for an inform card in FIFA 20, so the rating will probably not change much.
Serge Gnabry - RM - 84 OVR -> 86 OVR: After a leisurely start, Gnabry quickly found his form, scored one goal after the other and, together with Lewandowski, grew into the most goal-laden duo in the Champions League. His rating is rising, that much is certain. There are 2 points in FIFA 21 at least on top.
Forward
Robert Lewandowski - ST - 89 OVR -> 91 OVR: Lewi is currently perhaps the best number 9 in the world. The lower rating in FIFA 20 was inexplicable for us, it followed Lewandowski's best season ever. He secured ten inform cards, a higher rating in FIFA 21 is inevitable. A hot candidate for the top 5 best tickets in FUT 21.
