The combined FIFA top 10 from PSG and Bayern
10. Serge Gnabry (Bayern München) - 85 OVR: Bayern and PSG are two of the best football teams in the world. Accordingly, their players are also highly rated in FIFA. Serge Gnabry opens this list with an 85. At the release of FIFA 21 there was big trouble about his FUT card, because his speed was downgraded to 82. As an RM, he is hardly playable with that. In-game, however, you can easily put Gnabry at the CAM spot, where he can shine with his good offensive values. Gnabry, like Veratti, tested positive for coronavirus, so he can only play the game on FIFA 21. (Source: FUTBIN)
9. Marco Veratti (PSG) - 86 OVR: Italian Marco Veratti is one of the best midfielders in the world. However, as a CM with 64 pace, you rarely see the dribble artist in Ultimate Team, because compared to real soccer, you can't use such slugs in-game. Veratti will miss tonight's game due to COVID-19 illness. (Source: FUTBIN)
8. Thomas Müller (Bayern München) - 86 OVR: Thomas Müller has been in top form since Hansi Flick took over as Bayern coach. The offensive all-rounder delivers goals and assists like a postman. It's completely different in FIFA. Here, Müller is unplayable with his normal card because he is too slow and only has three-star skills. His non-nomination for the TOTY was also ridiculous - for the reasons I just mentioned. You think so too, don't you? (Source: FUTBIN)
7. Keylor Navas (PSG) - 87 OVR: The PSG keeper is one of the best goalkeepers in the game with an 87 rating. However, he is not often used. At 1.85m, he simply doesn't fit the meta, so players rather have Nick Pope in their FUT squad. Navas' great strength - his jumping power, doesn't really come into play in FIFA 21. (Source: FUTBIN)
6. Ángel di María (PSG) - 87 OVR: Now things are starting to get interesting. With di Maria, we have the first of three 5-star skill players on this list. The Argentine is still highly rated, but has lost some pace in recent years. And we all know: no pace, no place in the FUT team. However, it's hard to imagine PSG's starting eleven without di Maria. Would you still field him in FIFA 21? (Source: FUTBIN)
5. Joshua Kimmich (Bayern München) - 88 OVR: Currently the best midfielder in the world, Kimmich only made it to fifth place in the FIFA comparison between Bayern and PSG. We all agree that Kimmich deserves a 90+ in FIFA 22. Despite his relatively slow pace, Kimmich is an absolute beast in-game. If you get one of his special cards, you'll fall in love right away. 4. Manuel Neuer (Bayern München) - 89 OVR: Manuel Neuer is still the best keeper in the world at the age of 35 and in comparison to Navas, he is also well playable in FIFA 21. He is 1.93 meters tall and has the best throwing of all goalkeepers. What more could you want? (Source: FUTBIN)
3. Kylian Mbappé (PSG) - 90 OVR: Kylian Mbappé is, and we can probably all agree on this, the best player in all of FIFA (Icons excluded). He's a striker, has 96 pace, 5-star skills, great shooting and dribbling. The Frenchman will outrun any central defender - at least in-game. Bayern is unlikely to put Alphonso Davies at CB to stop Mbappé. In FIFA 21, that's worth thinking about, because how else are you going to stop this beast? That's right, not at all. (Source: FUTBIN)
2. Neymar (PSG) - 91 OVR: Neymar is PSG's superstar. If it weren't for all his injuries, he would probably be the best football player in the world. In FIFA, Neymar is at home on the left wing and is a real force there. The Brazilian has the 5-star skills, of course. Unfortunately, his greatest skill is not available in FIFA 21: the dive. (Source: FUTBIN)
1. Robert Lewandowski (Bayern München) - 91 OVR: The uncrowned Ballon d'Or winner naturally tops this list as well. Unfortunately, Lewandowski is currently injured, and Bayern will sorely miss their top scorer. In FIFA 21, the Pole is not a popular striker, as he lacks the necessary pace. But if you're in the penalty area, you just have to press circle - and the ball zaps into the net. You'd still rather play Mbappé up front, of course. (Source: FUTBIN)
