The whole FIFA world had to wait long enough for the Team of the Season to finally start in FIFA 22 and to fill Ultimate Team with some amazing content. While other highlights like the Premier League and the Bundesliga are still a bit down the road, the Community TOTS has already been released and kicked off Team of the Season in FIFA 22!
As in FIFA 21, the team chosen by fans marks the start of the TOTS event. An in-game loading screen had confirmed that the Community Team of the Season will start on April 29 a few days prior. But surprise, surprise: EA Sports released the Eredivisie TOTS at the same time... well, looking at the schedule of FUT events, we didn't have this on our radar.
Community TOTS – All Nominated Players
Any Team of the Season usually consists of 15 players – this applies to this year's Community TOTS as well. In FIFA 21, the fan selection brought us some strong players like Federico Valverde, David Alaba (as CB) and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
Once again, there are a few players who would simply look absolutely insane after a TOTS upgrade this year. In the following table, you can find all the players that were on EA's shortlist. We have already bolded the players who made it into the team.

Especially the midfield is absolutely stacked. Choosing a couple of defenders was probably a lot easier for most FIFA players. To be honest with you, the Community TOTS is not as amazing as other Teams of the Season in the European top leagues – but that doesn't mean didn't get any huge boosts to kick things off
