Underdogs usually compete in the lower leagues and face a lengthy journey to the top. This is precisely why they make an interesting choice, as managing these teams in Career Mode tends to extend the game's longevity and maintain the excitement for a longer period.

FC Andorra – Spain (La Liga Smartbank)

FC Andorra recently got promoted to the second Spanish division and with this, they are the first football club from Andorra you can play in FIFA. The club, which was founded in 1942 was bought by none other than Gerard Piqué when the club was in deep financial struggles back in December 2018. Currently, Piqué is even president of the club. If you start the Career Mode with Andorra, you could maybe sign him for the last years of his career.

FC Südtirol – Italy (Serie B)

FC Südtirol also recently got promoted. The club got promoted to the second Italian division for the first time after it was founded in 1995. Here, your task is also to bring a small, exciting club to the top of world football.

Forest Green Rovers – England (EFL League 1)

Create A Club

Here, we don't suggest any particular club. Because in FIFA 23, you can edit every player you get in your own created club, you can simply create your Sunday League team. Just name the players like your teammates and give them some realistic stats. Then you can take your home club from the Sunday League (or from the lowest league in FIFA) to the Champions League title.

Super League

The last and at the same time the biggest challenge we have for you is the Super League. In case you didn't know: You can simply put teams into different leagues and with that turn the four English leagues into a Super League. Just take the best teams in the world and put them into the four leagues. Every match will be a tough one and there is no room for error. Fight with the club of your choice and climb the leagues from the fourth division to the Premier League title!
