The FIFA 23 ratings are here, and Inter Milan really shocked us. Romelu Lukaku gets – and this is quite understandable – a huge downgrade. What about the other Inter players?
EA Sports and Microsoft originally released FIFA 23 for the Xbox on 30 August 2022, a whole month before the actual release. EA Play members were already able to play the new FIFA - in the meantime the online modes have been taken offline - but what had to come happened: all new ratings were leaked.
It is not known whether EA will change the overall ratings again. But we assume that the ratings are final. It would be strange if all of them are changed now, after all EA thinks about the stats and can't just re-evaluate all superstars of football.

Inter Milan have actually played a strong 2021/22 season, but when they finish just behind their biggest rivals AC Milan in the league, fans are naturally not happy. The Italian runners-up have had a very mixed start to the current season. But the FIFA 23 ratings are based on a large part on the last season, so you can look forward to some upgrades of the Inter players.

The upgrades and downgrades are really mixed here, but the central midfield in particular has been greatly upgraded. Inter Milan has five (!) walkouts, not many clubs can keep up with that. Yes, they are "only" 86 OVR players, but Inter is probably underestimated by many in FIFA. In the starting eleven, the two wingers Robin Gosens and Denzel Dumfries would be the worst players, although they have an 82 rating.
So, if you want to build a Serie A team in Ultimate Team, you'll be using a lot of Inter players.
