A Fortnite leaker has gone back to work and found a new weapon in Fortnite's files that should be perfect for players who don't like building. Here come the details.
Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1 has some great weapons like the popular pump shotgun or the SMG, this season's close combat powerhouse. Fortnite players are used to Epic adding new weapons to the game or even putting them back into the vault every season to change things up. But Epic never changes things too much, as the Assault Rifle is literally in every season and is somehow always the best gun.
The pros are calling this season a spray and pray season, but a large change is coming to Fortnite's meta. This new leaked weapon will do an extreme amount of damage to buildings, so box fights are going to end much faster. Get ready to find this new weapon with our all the vault locations guide.
Leaked Fortnite Weapon for Casuals
The weapon was once again leaked by our best friend and star in the Fortnite leaker scene, HYPEX. However, players are still somewhat divided on the weapon, which some are calling a "casual weapon", meaning a weapon for the "common" players. Just your standard elitism one expects in a highly competitive game like Fortnite.
According to HYPEX, the weapon might be a pistol that does a lot of damage to buildings, so it makes it even more difficult for the pros to build, or box in. However, the weapon is said to be in its infancy, which means that the weapon will only be added to the game towards the end of the season.

- Damage: 75 (113 headshot)
- Damage to builds: 400

Okay, that's a lot of damage for builds! However, since the reload time is five seconds, the weapon might prove too long for close combat or short-range firefights against enemy players unless you are an extremely accurate player and hit every shot.It remains to be seen how good this weapon will be, but anything that changes up the kind of stale build, build, build, meta because, let's be honest here, every game of Fortnite ends in the same way albeit exciting. Even if most leaked weapons and skins shared by HYPEX really do make it into the game sooner or later, Epic could still change the stats and the type of weapon it is. But we'll find out sooner or later.
