According to multiple rumours, Epic Games is working on an offline version of Fortnite Battle Royale!
Fortnite Offline Could Come Sooner Than Later
Epic Games has made Fortnite available in most countries around the world. Unfortunately, due to the lack of servers, some players are struggling with high ping and more.

Leaks Show Project "FortniteEDP"
And now a few leakers out there have found out that Epic Games is developing something called "FortniteEDP". This version of the game only contains the no-build mode and currently it seems that it will only be developed for the Japanese market.

Leaker GMatrixGames believes it is an offline version of Fortnite Battle Royale. While Epic hasn't officially revealed anything about it yet, this is good news for all gamers struggling with connectivity issues.
Of course, it's debatable whether players would feel like just fighting bots in a Battle Royale game, but the mode would be a nice way to try out the game, at least for practice for new players or for the younger Fortnite fans.
