Baldur's Gate 3: Possible Cures For Thulla
You have three different ways of getting the poison from Thulla:
- Lesser Restoration Spell
- Duergar Antidote from Gekh Coal
- Buy or loot any antitoxin
The simplest way to make her well and healthy is by having a cleric use the Lesser Restoration spell. This spell is at the second level, and you just need an available spell slot to use it.
If you have plenty of camp supplies at your disposal, casting the spell won't be difficult. But if you're having a hard time coming by some ingredients, here are the other methods:
- Duergar Antidote – Is a guaranteed drop on the corpse of Gekh Coal, towards the south of the Ebonlake Grotto
- Normal Antitoxin – They aren't guaranteed, but as you're able to get them anywhere, you've probably some in your bag. Otherwise, some vendors sell those as well

But be warned: If you're leaving the Underdark or take a Long Rest without the proper treat for Thulla, it occasionally happens that she passes away while you're away. Make a save file before you meet her!
