Baldur's Gate 3 introduced a new NPC, and he's not only incredibly annoying but also voiced by a popular streamer!
If you have to think about the most annoying NPC, who's your number one? Maybe the Adoring Fan from Oblivion? Surprisingly, he's making a comeback in another game this year. And if you've had the pleasure of playing Baldur's Gate 1 and 2, you might already have an idea about the NPC in question, but the burning question remains: Who's voicing him? Well, fear not, because we have the answer to that mystery!

Obviously, this could count as a minor spoiler, but we won't tell anything about the story.

As the name of the game suggests, you'll sooner or later arrive in Baldur's Gate. As Larian Studios revealed in a tweet, you will probably run into Naaber, a human and so-called "adventurer to be" who won't stop talking. Never. He'll follow your party babbling without a break and even if you (by accident, of course) should kill him, as soon as you cast Speak to the Dead at him, he'll continue talking.
Naaber, who's probably related to Noober from Baldur's Gate 1 and Neeber from Baldur's Gate 2, is voiced by no other than CohhCarnage, as Larian Studios revealed.
You certainly won't regret running into @CohhCarnage in Baldur's Gate 3! Why ever would you regret running into @CohhCarnage in Baldur's Gate 3? Meet Naaber.*For legal reasons we do not condone pushing Cohh into a riverhttps://t.co/mz5Nsx5YaR pic.twitter.com/MgYk3A6LsH

Considering how annoying Naaber seems and that's exactly what was intended, it's fair to say that CohhCanrage did a pretty good job. But maybe you shouldn't push him into the river (by accident, of course). In Baldur's Gate 1 and 2 there you got a reward if you could stand Noober or Neebers company long enough. So maybe it would be worth ignoring him!
On the other hand... didn't we all had the dark urge to push some annoying person into a river (by accident, of course)?
Baldur's Gate 3 gives you nearly unlimited choices. They really mean it.
