If your PC was upgraded once in the last ten years, chances are good that you'll meet the minimum requirements. Both, the processor and the graphics needed were first released in 2014 and yes, that's nearly ten years ago.
Even the recommended requirements are acceptable and not that hard to reach with processor and graphics from 2017 and 2019 so if you've taken good care of your PC it shouldn't be a problem for you to run Badlur's Gate 3.
