The Battlefield 2042 release date has been revealed in a recent leak from EA Origin. Released via Reddit, Battlefield 2042 (possibly called Battlefield 6) has experienced a massive leak drop, and tons has been revealed only hours before the announcement trailer is set to drop for this year's Battlefield. Battlefield 2042 will be released on October 22, according to the most recent round of Battlefield leaks. According to the leak, members will also be able to access an Open Beta earlier, with the game officially releasing on the above stated October 15 Battlefield 2042 release date.

The Battlefield 2042 release date has now been more-or-less confirmed, apart from one caveat... It is a leak, not an official press release or announcement. Who knows when the actual release date will be officially announced, and this could very well be true, but as usual: with leaks, take everything with a grain of salt.
