After a gazillion years, we finally got the Bayonetta 3 release date. People have been born and graduated, cities have been erected and decayed, empires were founded and felled in the time between the announcement of Bayonetta 3 and this reveal. But, the wait is finally over. And we didn't only get the release date, but also other details on the game. The most eye-catching one is the so-called "Naive Angel" mode, which makes the game family friendly by covering up the sensitive bits... if you know what I mean...
Bayonetta 3 Has A Nudity Toggle
Bayonetta 3 will release on October 28 on Nintendo Switch. The series has always been known for its overt sexiness, and that will of course be the case for Bayonetta 3 as well. But, developer Platinum Games have made a concession to this, most likely due to Nintendo being known for their family friendly brand. Therefore, Bayonetta 3 will feature the "naive angel" mode, which will disarm any sexual elements in the game. See the new mode in effect here.

And hey... why not, eh? If this make the game more accessible for people, I'm all for it. As part of the announcement, Platinum also revealed other new features for the game, like a new special ability called Demon Masquerade and a new playable character called Viola.
Outside of these additions, everything seems to be pretty much as it has always been. The action looks stylish, over-the-top and absolutely bonkers in the way we like it. Check out the cool announcement trailer here.
