Obviously, this list could go on and on forever if we covered each and every weapon in the game, so we decided to focus on some of the best weapons for your start into Lords of the Fallen. So, if you want to know more, stick around!
The Best Weapons In Lords of the Fallen
Of course, there isn't one true "best weapon", which is why this isn't a tier list of all weapons. Instead, we decided to pick some of the best weapons for the early parts of the game, so you find out which one suits you best. In the end, it comes down to personal preference and your fighting style.
Enough chit-chat, let's get down to business!
Hallowed Bow
If you enjoy fighting enemies from a distance, then the Hallowed Bow might just be the weapon for you!
Weapon type | Bow |
Requirements | 15 Agility, 8 Strength |
Damage type | Physical |
Status effect | - |
Location | Entrance to Pilgrim's Perch |
The Hallowed Bow is one of the first bows you can get in Lords of the Fallen. Right after the Scourged Sister Delyth boss, there's a cave with an umbral flowerbed. You'll find the bow near this flowerbed on the platform on the opposite side.
Proselyte Sword
The Proselyte Sword is one of the best Long Sword's that you can get early on in the game. Sadly, the catch for this sword is that it's a random drop.
Weapon type | Long Sword |
Requirements | 19 Strength |
Damage type | Physical and Fire |
Status effect | Burn |
Location | From Proselyte in Redcopse Village |
In order to get the Proselyte Sword, you'll have to farm for a bit either near Redcopse Village or in front of Pieta's Boss Arena. All you have to do is fight against the Proselyte in that area and hope that they drop their sword once they're defeated.
Faithful Bludgeon
This weapon does require quite a bit of strength, but if you're planning on doing a strength build in Lords of the Fallen, then this weapon will surely suit your needs.
Weapon type | Grand Hammer |
Requirements | 28 Strength |
Damage type | Physical |
Status effect | Burn |
Location | Under Skyrest Bridge |
The best thing about this weapon is that it not only deals a ton of physical damage, but that it can also apply the burn status effect to your enemies.

Talon
The Talon is a great weapon for players that enjoy close combat.
Weapon Type | Fist |
Requirements | 9 Strength and 13 Agility |
Damage type | Physical |
Status effect | Frostbite |
Location | Fief of the Chill Curse |
To find the Talon, you'll have to look for an abandoned village that's been submerged in water. Make your way up to the rooftops and look for a glowing loot orb up there to get the Talon!
Pieta's Sword
You can obtain Pieta's Sword by battling one of the first bosses in Lords of the Fallen, Pieta... duh. Once you've defeated her, you can obtain this weapon. It's a great Short Sword that has a bit more range than other Short Swords.
Weapon Type | Short Sword |
Requirements | 25 Radiance |
Damage type | Holy |
Status effect | Smite |
Location | Purchase from Molhu |
If you prefer fighting with Short Swords, then you'll want to try this one out. This sword not only deals holy damage, but also applies Smite to enemies, which will cause them to explode.
You can buy it from Molhu after you've battled against Pieta and have unlocked boss weapons.
Charm of Fortune’s Sight
Charm of Fortune's sight is a Catalyst, which you'll need if you want to fight with magic.
Weapon Type | Catalyst |
Requirements | 12 Radiance and 12 Inferno |
Damage type | Elemental |
Status effect | - |
Location | Purchase from Molhu |
With this Catalyst, you'll be able to cast up to four different types of spells! Plus, the great thing about Charm of Fortune's Sight is that you can get it easily. Just go to Molhu in the Skyrest and buy it there!
