The remake of the beloved horror-action game Dead Space was announced almost a year ago at this point and fans have been clamoring for new info on the highly-anticipated game. What, you don't believe me that it's been a whole year? Well, not quite, it's been 8 months. But round up and it's a whole year! Anyway, doesn't matter. A month or so later we got a livestream showing a bit of early gameplay and development which looked cool. Since then? Radio silence. And there might be a good reason for that. Read on, and you will see what I mean... the release date of the Dead Space Remake was just leaked, and it paints an interesting picture.

When Is The Release Date Of The Dead Space Remake?

According to an insider leak, the Dead Space Remake will come out in 2023, as EA doesn't plan with a release of the game for 2022. This has come out thanks to a report by Jeff Grubb over at GamesBeat, based on insider info. The report claims that EA wanted to release the game in October this year, but pushed the release date back to give the developers enough time and ensure it will hit the quality fans are expecting.

Electronic Arts is now internally targeting an early 2023 release for its upcoming Dead Space remake. The company was originally considering an October 2022 timeframe, but it never announced that publicly. Now, the company is taking extra time to ensure it gives the game enough time to wow fans when it returns.

When exactly the game will come out is not sure yet, but yes... we will finally get the Dead Space Remake in 2023. Of course this isn't officially confirmed, but Jeff Grubb is a great source, and we trust them on this one. Also, every single game has recently been delayed, so we expect that to have happened to this one as well.
